🔁 How Returns & Exchanges Work

💎 Items over $40,000 (like loose gemstones or custom-set pieces): Return or exchange within 15 days

✨ Items under $40,000: You have a 30-day window
The clock starts once your order is ready for shipping or pickup — even if you choose to schedule delivery for a later date.
Note:
We do not allow ordering multiple gemstones for comparison. Need help choosing the right one? Our expert team is happy to guide you.
🚫 One-Time Exchange Only:
Gemstones may be returned or exchanged once. Replacements can’t be returned again.
📜 Keep Your Grading Reports:
Missing or damaged grading reports will incur a fee that’s deducted from your refund.
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned or Exchanged
- Custom-designed jewellery
- Eternity rings
- Worn or damaged items
- Jewellery that’s been resized, engraved, or altered
- Items not packaged properly for return
- Returns requested outside of the return window
📍 How to Return (In-Store or by Mail)

In-store: Bring the item to our San Francisco showroom within your return period

Shipping: Ship your return within your allowed timeframe

🆓 Domestic returns are on us (we provide a pre-paid, insured shipping label)

🌍 International returns: Shipping, insurance, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility
⚠️ You may return up to two orders per year
All returns must use our official shipping labels. Items shipped back using other methods will not be accepted.
🔎 What Happens After We Get Your Return
Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team inspects the item. If everything checks out:

✅ Your refund will be processed within 10 business days

💳 Refunds go back to your original payment method

💸 Bank wire refunds are sent via check to your address

🧾 Refund timing varies by payment method (PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
